Graduate UMD Navitas GSSP: Engineering Programs

The Graduate UMass Dartmouth Navitas GSSP in Engineering is a two-semester program designed for students who have completed a bachelor’s degree but need additional academic and/or English language support to gain entry to the Master of Science degree programs within the College of Engineering.  

With a focus on students and a commitment to providing an enriched educational environment, the College of Engineering creates and disseminates knowledge through research and teaching.  The faculty members within the College of Engineering are involved in world-class research sponsored by national agencies and industry, in areas such as biomedical/healthcare engineering, composite materials, computational/data science, energy/environmental engineering, intelligent systems, marine technologies, wireless networks and communication.  The College’s commitment to student success begins with first-year programs and is sustained through excellent teaching and lab facilities and culminates in opportunities to learn on the job, through research, and in capstone programs.
